Key Safety & Compliance Practices:

  • DISA Global Solutions Partnership: We utilize DISA Global Solutions for a comprehensive range of DOT compliance services, including log audits, driver qualification file management, criminal background checks (spanning 20 years), MVR reports, drug test consortium, monthly reporting on driver licenses/certification status, audit support, DOT/CSA compliance planning, and training services.

  • Experienced Dispatch Team: Our professional dispatch staff brings over 75 years of combined experience in the expedited freight industry. They monitor every step of the delivery process, ensuring constant communication and support between drivers and customers to guarantee safe, timely service. All drivers and equipment are tracked via GPS.

  • Dedicated Safety/Compliance Staff: Our full-time team works closely with drivers and dispatch to recruit, train, and manage safety and compliance policies. They consistently monitor CSA scores and develop proactive training solutions.

  • Quarterly Driver Safety Meetings: We hold mandatory safety meetings and a Driver Safety Committee every quarter. Safety and compliance updates, along with company policy changes, are communicated regularly through off-duty texts, handouts, and check stuffers.

  • In-House Vehicle Inspection Program: Our team manages a thorough in-house vehicle inspection program, including daily inspection requirements for all vehicles.

  • Third-Party Vehicle Inspections: We also maintain a comprehensive third-party vehicle inspection program with a local vendor that conducts DOT inspections for new hires, post-roadside inspections, post-repair inspections, and inspections for vehicles designated for quarterly checks, as well as incident-specific inspections.

  • Comprehensive Training Modules: Safety/Compliance staff oversee training programs that include a wide range of industry and DOT-required training. We work with reputable sources like JJ Keller, National Safety Council, US Compliance Systems, and DISA Global Solutions, offering videos, webinars, seminars, reference materials, and hands-on field training. Training topics include new hire orientation, vehicle maintenance and inspection, safe driving practices, CSA review categories, hazardous materials handling, and more.

  • Accident Review Process: Our management, safety/compliance team, dispatch staff, drivers, and Driver Safety Committee collectively review accidents to ensure proper procedures are followed. This process identifies training opportunities, provides feedback to the driver team, and helps eliminate recurring trends.​
